Gladys : Do you think these barbells are heavy?

Firdaus : I certainly do, but they’re supposed to be.

Gladys : How often do you come to the gym?

Firdaus : Three times a week at least.

Gladys : No wonder you look so fit.

Firdaus : Thanks. Stick at it and you can be the same.

To stick at something : berarti terus melakukan sesuatu, meskipun berat atau sulit. Contoh lain : He became more and more irritated by her inability to stick at anything.

Supposed to be : memang sepantasnya demikian.

Gym : tempat fitness.

At least : paling tidak.

No wonder : tidak mengherankan, pantas saja
